We'll create a abstract self-portrait, delving into the interplay of light and darkness within us, inviting the solstice to highlight the light within, a strong symbol of resilience, purpose, and the light we carry in dark times, the strength we maintain through challenges, and the truth that even in shadows, light endures.

This class provides a safe, judgment-free environment. It is not a discussion about politics, hate, or division. Instead, it is a soulful journey into duality, yin and yang, and what we all need more of right now ... compassion, grace, love and connection.
